AQC
Authentic Quality Control
An obvious technical process to ensure products as per customers requirements. We emphasized the QUALITY CONTROL along with AUTHENTICITY of the products safety.
What is AUTHENTIC ? Technically, it is the QUALITY with the SAFETY measures. That means, we prioritize safety measures in every segments of the production from the raw materials till the apparel manufacturing process.
Our specialized technical team are monitoring, analyzing, recommending and fixing the issues during production that carries value as “AQC” in final products.
Let’s classify what AQC means for us
Authentic Quality Control (option-1), regulates the Quality of Products from the very beginning of the production process (inline & off line production process) with technical guideline and trouble shooting when required. Additionally in between they always carry forward the Analytical Data Sheets from the lab in order to ensure that entire bulk products are qualifying based on required parameters.
Analytical Quality Control (option-2), is just based on lab which refers to all those processes and procedures designed to ensure that the results of laboratory analysis are consistent, comparable, accurate, and within specified limits of precision. The main difference is that the result of 2nd option is based on sample in the lab but not reflecting the entire bulk production.
Conclusion : In fact we do both the version while we use the term AQC.
Authentic Quality Control
What Is The Process Of Aqc ?
We Consider Basic C3 Policy As Below-
Components
Competence
Co-ordinate
Lets define C3 policy
Competence – Involved technical team members qualified with Knowledge, Skills, Experience and Qualifications. Their exposer, direction of SOP and implementation at plant bringing up continuous effective good results.
C3 is just not to verify visual quality as Pass or Fail but to
analyze and documented through 3 policy:
Components – Verify the components (composition, construction, color, quality, dimension and weight) are as per specified requirements.
Co-ordination – The process of quality control need to coordinate with factory managements, production managements & individual working hands that the SQC, TQC, SPC and TQM functional during production.
SOP – Standard Operating Procedure. SQC – Statistical Quality Control. TQC – Total Quality Control.
SPC – Statistic Process Control. TQM– Total Quality Management
